i was going over the rail road tracks i always go over. this time i slowed down to 35 rather than the usual 40-45mph. i looked in the side view to see one of the "hub caps" go rolling off into the ditch. since it didnt hit anyone's car i just laughed and kept going. thought ya'll might get a kick out of that. i have 1 left and never saw where any of the others went.

Above is funny.
Last week I was cruising on a parkway at about 40 in the left lane and a real "hub cap" (not a wheel cover) flew off the left rear wheel of a 3/4 or 1 ton Ford from the early 90's over in the right lane. It was a very clean crew cab 2wd. The cap landed in the grass parkway. I sped up and a lady was driving and I tried to get her attention but she kept ignoring me. Maybe she thought I was a criminal or something. I finally let it go. The cap on the front left was chrome and looked nice and expensive.
Oh well.
