Terry McNew may not have been around at CC for long, but he sure knew how to take care of customers. I had some issues with my first Nautique and was getting the runaround from CC. I wrote a letter and Terry called me personally. We talked for almost 30-minutes. Bottom line...he took care of my issues and made me a loyal customer for life. In my opinion, MasterCraft is lucky to have him!!!BKinSoCal - Brian

Right on buddy. They need some new direction and leadership over there. I hope he can turn things around and bring back Mastercraft because they do make a good product but are lagging behind Nautique and Malibu. Good for Terry. MC is lucky. He helped me too on my 04 SV211 issue. Although I will say Bill Y continued the great customer service Terry started.
I had to laugh, what BIG name signed with Bryant Boats for Wakeboarding. I checked their webiste, they barely show a tower on a boat...The wakeboards where purchased from Dick's Sporting goods.Comment
