Linc 2.0 user Settings

I have now entered a few new users on the Linc 2.0 system twice and they have been deleted twice. I checked if disconnecting power causes the system to completely reset, however it does not if I do not disconnect it for long. For example I entered a user, turned off the battery switch for 5 minutes and the user was still there. If I disconnect it over night, the user is gone?

Is this normal? Kinda defeats the purpose of having the ability to create users ....

No something is not right, I've got all my users stored and have never lost any. Dumb question but you are hitting "save" once you've entered your data right?

That is the only way to exit the screen and have the user still appear. I hit save user, and like I said it will save it if i power down for a little while, but not a long time.
