They upgraded my 2010 to the SeaDek and used gray with a red and white boat. It looks good but I like the contrast with the tan, which give it a wood look. Also, if you want different than what most people would order, I think tan is it.

On another note, our cat found the SeaDek on the swim platform to be a great scratching pad. So if you have both, you may want to keep the swim platform covered. And to answer the question; yes, we still have the cat, but not my choice, as wife and kids are attached to it.

This thread got me in trouble last year. I personally think the main hull color needs something other than black because it shows through the graphics so much better. I also prefer flake, so that only leaves 2 options - red or blue. I wish they would offer the flake colors for the accent and the front as well as the main. That would open up a lot of options -like the new black flake!

Definitely go with the teak seadek for a red boat...but I'm biased! For most of the other colors I'd do grey seadek.

What engine are you gonna do? 550?

In my opinion the brown teak looks much better than the grey/titanium. To me, the grey teak just looks overwhelmingly (sp?) cold/clamy, when you see it in person.

I have had both. I had the grey SeaDek in my 2011 210 and the brown SeaDek (also on the floor) in my 2012 210. I personally like the look of the brown better, but there are certain colors that require the grey floor in my opinion. I think the brown looks good against black and red, and grey looks good against lighter colors. Just my opinion though.

Thoughts from the rest of you?

I like the gray.....it looks good with the gray interior and black/red gelcoat.

OK, a little slow today at work, so here is what my personal order would look like if I could do it. I am not good at computer stuff, so I could not get pictures without them getting fuzzy.

Forward Stripe - Onyx Black
Main Stripe - Jet Black Metal Flake
Accent Stripe - Titanium Grey
Hull Bottom - Onyx Black

Interior Theme - Titanium Grey
Main Stripe - Gun Metal Flake
Accent Piping - Black
Textures - Black Carbono
Non-Skid - Grey

Make sure has a colored bottom. Black is good, but another color would be better.

I havent seen a picture of a good solid colored G23 yet, like all black with one accent line or something. Why all the splashy lines, busy graphic shapes, multi-colors? Looks too busy. I know Tige and Mastercraft does this but does a qualitiy company like Cobalt do this now too? Its like back in the 80s when cars mfgs began putting flares and stickers all over them like IROC-Z.

I liked the looks for the green and black one also the orange one cause they were different. There are 3 choices of blue in the builder tool, so prolly the reason why were are seeing more blue then anything. Attached is what I would build if they made a G21 as the G23 won't fit in my garage.
