Awesome. When we announced our second, we custom made a onezy for the first one that said "I'm going to be a big brother."

It was amazing how long it took people to notice. ....we didn't think to send out a postcard.

We used that same infant vest with our two kids. It is a good one. One suggestion -- get two. One to get wet and one that stays dry so that they can wear a dry one in the boat after swimming.

Thanks Jeff - I am pretty sure my wife found some posts from you guys about it and she was sold. Pricey little sucker tho! Good point on the secondary dry vest. I have a feeling it will be more about keeping that baby happy than it was about keeping my wife happy before...

Congrats - your baby will be pulling you behind the boat before you know it, enjoy it!
My oldest is 15 today and it only seems like yesterday she was wearing the jacket you are holding for you child!

Congrats! I had my little one out on the boat when he was 5 days old. He's 6 months now but he spent every weekend on the boat with us this past summer. People thought we were crazy having a newborn on the boat but it was fine. A cheap compact bouncer chair is a must. It absorbs the shock as you ride through rough water. He just bounced along as the boat slammed through chop never even waking up.

It is the only vest that is designed for sub 20#ers.
