    What is nautiques hierarchy?

So nautique is a subsidiary of correct craft, as well as aktion. This slightly confuses me as to why/when this happened. Am I mistaken about a private equity firm having a hand in the company as well?

I am not sure the why but believe it happened when Aktion Parks came to the scene. I believe there is a Christian based private equity firm that is part of the company.

Had a chance to speak to Bill Yeargin this morning so I asked him about the hierarchy... Here is the download..
      - Correct Craft owns a few Nautique subsidiaries that include Nautique boatbuilding, Nautique Events, Nautique Intellectual Property and a Nautique International Sales Company.
      - Correct Craft also owns Aktion Parks which they formed to invest in the cable industry. Aktion Parks, Nautique’s sister company under Correct Craft, owns OWC and is looking for other cable investments which is pretty cool...

      - Bill is CEO of all these companies and has close ties with the Christian private equity firm that owns Correct Craft. Bill also serves as Board Chairman of another company owned by the same private equity firm, a commercial refrigeration company based out of the Midwest.
