i just got my ecoboost so I have not towed with it yet, but after reading many threads on the f150forum you may want to try a few things.
1. Tow in 5th gear, or push the tow mode button on your shifter. That should keep the engine from turning too slow and bogging. In your picture you're at 72 mph but the engine is turning under 2000 rpm's, not ideal.
2. Use cruise control on flat ground, but turn it off when towing on hills. This helps a lot when not towing, again not sure if it will help when towing.
3. Take the cover off your boat when towing....even a tight cover catches some wind and acts like a parachute. Plus your gelcoat won't get all scratched if the cover is off.
4. Inflate your trailer tires to the max psi rating. (cold psi)
Does you truck have a tonneau cover? They help reduce wind resistance.
Overall, the higher suspension and the big tires are hurting your mpg so don't expect miracles. Going 70+ hurts too.
