ok, the "paying for the G23" thread got me wondering...who has kept the same boat for a while with no intention of getting rid of it? Let's start with a minimum of 5 years to qualify. Mine's 6, though it's for sale which defeats the purpose. I'm pretty sure AT has had the same boat since I've been around. And no, it doesn't have to be purchased new. Anybody close out one of those 15 year loans? And when you post mention how many hours are on it.

My neighbor has a 1988 MC that he bought new, so let's see if someone can top that.

6 years so far with our 2007 SV211 but I expect it to be a lot longer. Our first boat was a 1999 21ft Bayliner that we got gently used from a friend. Kept that for 6 years, sold it to a different friend, and bought our first and so far only Nautique. But I don't need the boat to do anything else so I have no plans to upgrade though we certainly could if I could justify a reason for doing so. But for the way we use the boat, there is not much to gain. I think we have about 140 hrs. on it.

I had my 2003 SANTE for almost five years. I LOVED that boat, but when the 236 came out (there was no 230 at the time), I knew I had to have one! I spent a day at the factory playing around with one on the test lake, and I was sold.

I still have my 89 BFN I bought new. Have the original sales receipt and build sheet. Great boat, routine maintaince only so far.

2005 SANTE. i don't plan on getting rid of it. i've got 556 hours. i love the wake, it's not too small or too big, and i know her pretty well inside and out. plus, many many great memories were spent behind and in the boat. for what it's worth, i don't think i'd be able to sell it to anyone unless they were coming with cash because lenders aren't liking 8 year old boats.

I used to have a 1992 Dynasty Regency that didnt have an hour gauge but to give you and Idea I put about 150 hours just from june to september in my 230 I got this summer....Thats an estimated 6300 hours on it!

Also, the only engine work I had to do was replace the starter cylinoid, alternator and the water pump once.

Ok I qualify 08 210 and no plans to up/downgrade anytime soon. The size, performance, styling and wake suits us in every way!

89 Supra Sunsport bought new will never sell her. All stock except for New Dimensions tower and stereo up grade, 780 hours.


08 210 sante bought new 550 hours best boat I have ever owned no plans to sell.

I had my '87 2001 Ski Nautique for 13 years. Also, had my '99 Ski Nautique for 8 years. Can't remember the hours on either boat.

Bought my 97 Ski with 42 hours in 1999 and still love it. Pretty cramped with the family. I would like to find a 206, but I think I might cry if the 97 goes. I've been saying I want a 206 for years and just can't bring myself to do it.

I think the 1997 Ski is a better boat than the 206 anyway.

Present: 810 hours, 2 steering cables, 1 alternator, Re-uhpolstered viewers seat (just the bottom).
Best boat ever.
