First picture is before - 6 or 7 years ago...we knocked down one of last few original cabins.
2nd picture is what we built.
3rd picture is view of back yard from deck. And yes, that was boat before I got the 2008 210 this past season.
4th picture is aerial of lake...lake is tiny 280 acres, but only great for watersports, and fishing. And little buck hill can be seen from pic, top middle.

I can't complain...wakeboard in summer, snowboard in the winter.

Scott what lake is this? Not too familiar with the south side of the TC area.

the "friends'" place is only 2.1? thats cheap as can be for that. sucks they have to pay that new tax on home sales.

It really is under priced, you would have a difficult dime building it for twice that.
