I wonder how much $ and if someday nautiqueparts could get all the bolt on stuff and then we (2011 and earlier with/without linc) could rig some switch like this. This type has led's showing the in/out level for both sides. i get that it would not be as good but it would be pretty sweet. Are the new nautique ones elec or hydraulic?

I am going down to check this out firsthand on January 15. I'll give a full report.

Has anybody actually seen one or is it all from the website? I have seen multiple pictures and I can't tell if the waveplates come out perpendicular or at an angle. It would seem that coming out at an angle would be impossible (based on the plates) but I have seen a few pictures that make it look that way. Thanks. -Marc

Already started working on my design. I built some "surfgates" last year and tested them... but I was not impressed enough to keep them. Some of the guys with older Malibu's have seen some amazing results but I couldn't dial it in.

The last day of testing was in 38 degree water so maybe I didn't wring out every possibility!

I really like the basic design of this.
I know like people have said, Nautique is probably not ready to make an aftermarket version of this but it seems like for those of us that own older boats that you could develop a manual version of this pretty easily that would not have to be part of any electrical system. Pull a pin, slide it in or out etc. Someone should develop that!

No, unfortunately it will not. You need LINK 2.0 in order to use the NSS.

I have a 2011 SANTE 210, do you think it will work with that version of the LINC system ?

Sure can! You'll need the two plates for the transom, the wiring, and a software update for the LINK.
