    Four suggestions

    1) Go to Nada.com - this is considered the "blue book" for
boats. Prices on Nada usually don't include the trailer.

    2) Do a search on boattraderonline.com. I would suggest that
you do your search for years 85-87. Boats are essentially
the same, and will give you a bigger sample. This will give you an
idea of what folks are charging for your boat around the country.

    3) Look at correctcraftfan.com. They have a number of boats
of that vintage for sale. Again, you can get an idea of what folks are
    charging.

    4) Look at the for sale section of this site to get some comparisons.

Boats in Florida usually seem to be a little less (I suspect because the
boats get used more with good year round weather, and are often used
in salt). Boats in CA and WA seem to be a little more.

I've seen boats like yours sell for as little as six, and for more than 12.
Depends upon condition, extras, trailer, local market, how bad the
seller wants to get rid of it, and how bad the buyer wants the boat.

    Hopes these sites help.

      RCRhead3,

Sold a cherry of a '86 2001, with Commander for $7500 last spring. Had an offer for $8000 sight unseen. Only had 300 hrs. Gentleman in Florida bought it and shipped it south.

Was on a CC trailer, full lenght, diamond plate.

I will say I worked to hard at selling it. It sold itself.

Check prices of boats on CCfan, skiitagain, and the commercial sights, but the $8k sell is good. ASK for more ovbiously or list as firm.

It all depends on the area you are in and the condition of the boat.

I sold my 87 2001 SN in North Carolina last spring with 450 hours and origional everything (interior was flawless), pylon and boardracks for 9500.

The boat was a gem, engine ran perfect. You could always ask a higher price and back off it depending on the offers you get.

        Hope this helps
