    230 Seadek Flooring Installed!

This makes the boat look 10000 times cleaner in my opinion and no more wett carpet! Retail $695.00 230/236 kit

I posted this lower but kits are also ready for 211/210/220. This kit services the 236 as well. I think we are going to option every boat we get in with it.

What year is your 230? I have a 2012 230 and this could be an option for me. Do you they make it for a 2012? Also, where did you get it from and did you install it yourself?

Looks very nice! What about the snaps? Does it use the existing snaps? Or no snaps? How does it stay in place? Does this stuff not get wet at all?

Big, That is a 2013 230 sitting on our showroom floor. Our shop did the install. We became a Seadek direct dealer because we like the product so much. Lead time on order kits is 2 weeks. Seadek does not retain water like carpet.

Nord, The install is easy. The snaps go away and the screws/trim rings that attach the floor panels to the hull are still visable. The Seadek edge slightly overlaps a few of the screw holes so you just screw the screw/trim ring down over the edges of the Seadek material. It's one of the stickiest substances known to man to attach to the floor. Haha.

I love the kits. If you have an older 230/230 (or any boat for that matter) that had Sano instead of Seadek we can also hook you up with the kits that convert the deck/interior steps and the 7 piece swim platform.

              Zach,
Have you guys thought about doing a 200 with Sea Deck? My only complaint with CC all these years has been how tight the pile is on their carpets. It makes it really hard to keep it looking new. Sea Deck flooring in a 200 would be great! The stuff rocks on the platform and saddle bags. You're right, it doesn't retain much water, and it drys FAST!

I did everything but the floor on an 09' 230 two years ago and it was the best thing I did! The Sano sucked bad, and the Sea Deck feels great under foot! Looks great!

My 210 for sale in my sig has SeaDek. I started the trend of replacing carpet with it a couple years ago after seeing the Billabong team boat.

You can't (easily) do a 200 because the carpet is glued in. Since the floor underneath is not finished, it would be much more difficult to install, and it might not stick correctly. This replacement is pretty much only done on the boats that have snap-in carpet over finished floor.

Jeff is completely right..... Sadly. I think Seadek would look great in a 200!! I feel like most dedicated slalom skiers would not spring for that option though because they don't tend to be in the boats all day and don't really ever get the carpets soaked. I know Jeff was always doing custom jobbies in his PN boats!

                          I'm a sucker for Teak in that 210 .

Talking with CC they are still not to interested in the option on ordered boats...Yet..

I think we will be putting that in everything we order from now on which means cheap replacement carpets! haha.

Bummer on the 200. Could it stick to unfinished glass, if they did sea deck on the entire floor? The Centurion Pro Carbon only offers Sea Deck as flooring, so that's why I'm wondering if CC will follow up.

How about an old one? I have a 97 sport that I would like to replace the carpet in someday. I am sure the same issues that Jeff mentioned would come up as well. From the site it looks like you could order a custom kit but my guess is it would take a lot of cleaning of glue and stuff off the floor, if it would even stick to the floor once its clean.
