winter storage options heated vs non heated

I have always stored my boat in a heated (50 F) garage for the fall, winter, and pretty much all the time. I have another garage next to the house that is insulated but not heated. Water almost never
freezes during the winter in that garage. If my boat is properly winterized, are there any negatives about storing it in the non heated garage. Will it shorten the lifespan of the interior and electrical parts?
    Corrosion?

I live in Montana and have stored boats in unheated facilities for years. If everything is winterized, dry, and there are no mice to worry about, I have never noticed any issues.

Well I hope not considering my poor boat is spending it's first of many to come extremely cold winters outside . If water almost never freezes I can't imagine any negitive effects, and frankly it would not require winterizing (although better safe then sorry), as it appears that the weather has to get well below freezing for several days in a row before there is much chance of anything freezing and breaking something.
