    Timmy,

Scott may be at the extreme low but I think you are at the (close to) extreme high. In 05' a TE 206 heavily optioned was only mid 40's, that is quite a difference from an 03' CB one trim level down and less several options. I could see a 06' SE 196 selling in the mid to upper 30's on a very good buy, the LE a couple K more.

I know I got a smoking deal on my '06, as it was a non-current carryover, and it was an SE. Just pointing out how the 196 is inflating. My brother also paid $38k for his decked out '07 196LE (purchased new in May 2007). Fully loaded, right down to the tandem trailer.

Since they don't sell CC's anymore, I'll come clean on what I paid for my '06. $27,600 w/o trailer. I then ordered a new Eagle, for which I paid $2,350. The boat was an SE with Excal and cover, so pretty stripped. I added PPDP by purchasing the $100 display, and a used $200 master module from SIA listing. I had to sell the boat due to divorce, and it still makes me sick! I challenge anyone to top that deal

Sorry CQ, I saw the sticker... believe it was right over $48k. It was a *mostly loaded* LE, but did not include tower, ballast, shower or 6.0L. It did include a trailer (Ram-Lin) though. Of course, that was MSRP, and typical selling prices seemed to be ~15% less at the time.

If I showed you mine, 48k was after tax meathead.

The options list is a bit more then that also, all you noted + the TE stuff and dbl axle trailer, bimini, ski racks, flight clips, floor mat runners, Blue color (which should cost more cuz it's the best) and a free tshirt.

No matter, Scott's deal above is crazy low, wow
