I just had that exact install done on my new one by the dealer. And I declined the defroster like you since they would have had to remove the entire dash pod. I will get pictures once I get home. I have one vent for the driver and one vent for the rest of the boat that comes out right behind the driver.First and Current - 2012 210 SANTE

So I don't know how well these pictures are going to help the cause, but I will give it my best shot.
They installed the actual heating unit under my dash pod (how they got it there is a mystery to me as of now, I assume through the bow) que crappy picture #1:
The two red lines that go to the heating unit originate from here:
Top one close up:
Bottom one close up:
Far away picture of the entire engine bay:
They are ran towards the bow and pop out here:
And are connected to the heating unit under the dash.
Through some black magic and greater knowledge than I have, this is the final product:

Hey all,I just took apart my bottom dash cover on my 2008 sante because the two plastic pieces in my defrost vent broke and fell down into the vent hose. There are only four screws that hold the under side dash cover piece on and when you look under the dash, the defrost hose is right there, pretty easy access for the outlet end. As for the heater fan end? It is pretty hard to see. I took the backrest seat cushion off directly in front of the driver hoping to find an access hole to get a closer look at the heater. Unfortunately there isn't a hole in the fibreglass to access the heater, but there is a hole to access two of the through hull fittings for the front bilge and center ballast pump. To my surprise I found that the fitting for the bilge pump was broken off! Who knows how long this has been broken? The bilge pump in the front would have been just recirculating and the rear bilge would have been doing all of the work. Anyway, my main point was not to deny yourself the defrost vent if you really want it. It would be relatively easy to add. I see that the heater kit on nautiquepaets.com has three hoses, and a y fitting, my guess is that the one outlet from the heater goes to the back seat, and the other tees to the drivers feet and the defrost.

Well between work and vacation I finally have time to post some heater pics from my 2008 210
The first two are taken laying on my back under the dash looking up to the underside of the dash vent. I replaced the dash vent because one of my lovers was broken. There is just a hole cut in the dash, and the vent pushes down through the top and has "keepers" that hold it into the dash. The vent hose is just held on with a Ty-rap
These pics are taken looking toward the bow under the dash. The heater is mounted on the backside of the back of the bow seat. The heater hoses run under the drivers feet to the engine. The vent hoses run to three places, drivers feet, drivers windshield, seat behind the driver. There only two vent outlets on the heater, so a tee is used to split one of the vent hoses.
This is the right side of the heater, there is an electrical plug that plugs into the wiring harness.
This is the starboard side of the drivers knee hole? The vent hose that runs to the back seat.
It's hard to trace the vent hoses believe it or not, so I removed the starboard bow setback and there is just a small hole there to access the thru hull fittings for the bilge and ballast, I stuck my phone in the hole and took this pic, can't see much, but the drivers seat on the upper right.
This is the vent hose under the back seat.
Don't know if this helps or not, but my original comment was about not installing the dash vent, I wouldn't deny yourself the dash vent, as it only takes a 3" hole saw(guessing), the tee fitting that comes with the kit, and a 12" Ty-rap
And you're in business!
