my previous boat got a little banged up on the area just above the platform on the back of boat from a ski or wakeboard. has anybody installed a 2 inch wide and the total width of the back for protection?

would the tapered pieces they put on the G work? Have nice edges etc. Probably can get them reasonably given they're making them for that. -
They used to have the transom protector pads in 2009. I do not know why they stopped carrying them in there online store.

Here is the kit for the sport 200 transom protection. It would be a good set up for boats of that size. Pretty cheap too!

What's the damage on this kit? You can PM me if you would rather. Not sure it would work for my application because of the indent in the transom on the pre-2002 Super Air/Sports like this:
