Cover for 206

Who would I talk to about trying to locate a travel cover for my 2009 206? Is this likely to be available through Nautique? If not who/where would be recommended?

You need to get in touch with Brent at Coversports, as he makes the hands down best aftermarket CC cover. He can be a challenge to get ahold of, but send ericchile a PM for his contact info, as he has a direct line to Brent's ear.

Hey Jason, if Scott is recommending Coversports then they must make a great product. I got lucky and found a cover to use for towing on EBay, brand new in the box for about $60.00, took a chance and it turned out great. Carver Brand, Sunbrella material, drawstring, came with a bunch of tie down straps, covers platform and the tower cutouts fit very well. It tows great, use a handful of the tie downs to the trailer and never a problem.

Brent used to work for Rankin, if you're familiar with his covers. He's retired now, but the tradition carries on through CS.

Quinner what search terms did you you use? Also very interested in a cover from brent, any contact info for him? Lastly anyone venture an approximate guess on what a cover from Brent would cost?

Brent can be very difficult get a hold of and is not really the best 'business man'; but he does make the best cover available in my opinion.
My cover was about $600 for my 196, that was in 2010 or 2009. I will see if I can dig up his phone number when I get home. I still have the box it came in, which as all his info on it. No guarantees if it is current though, he changes phones a lot.

jsta281-I don't think you can get just any cover. You do not have a factory tower. The tower was installed after the fact. Your boat is a one of a kind. I would contact Custom Covers to help get you covered. 801-262-4017. Just sayin.
