    More Seadek

So I had a run of the oval gunnel steps made for anyone who is upgrading boats to Seadek and currently has sano steps or the black rubber dimple steps with stainless frame. We are putting these on a stock 06 196 along with the 196/206 platform set. It should look pretty killer.

I also had alot of interest at the boat show in a stylish step that is longer/wider for protecting things like tower fold down areas (on other brands) and just general step area protection. What are your thoughts on this piece?

Thanks! They come in Teak or Titanium. I went with the Titanium because it seems to be the popular choice and to get these sets I have to order an entire sheet which is 36 pieces. Sold as a set are $18.95. Haven't had time to get them on the website yet but I thought they would sell with the boats that have upgrades of floor/steps/platforms availiable.

They have an adhesive backing that is very sticky. Any removed Seadek comes off in little pieces.

I have not had a set of the larger steps run yet. Just getting an idea on what people think looks good. The larger pieces will go well on the 06 and older 210 as the deck/gunnel area is much wider.

Good Idea, I would be all over them if they had the logo burned in. I am sure that would cause the price to sky rocket but they sure would look great.

They don't want to do that because the piece is so small in width. It will cause it to be more easy to rip the material away from the backing. I agree with them. Its basically bullet proof the way it is but I too forsee problems with adheasion when it is that close to the edges.

Count me in for a set for the '03 - '06 210's when you get a run of those done. I would maybe lean towards the teak... match the teak platform

The titanium would look good with my interior though...

Alright, I will try to get a time frame on those. I think they will look pretty killer. This is it sitting on the gunnel over the terrible stock steps on a 00 210.
