    Trailer Rollers

    Hello,

I have a 2013 G23 with a silver cloud (White) hull which seems to get scuffed pretty bad by the orange roller on the front of the trailer. The trailer is a Boatmate. I heard there was a blue type that was a lot better and did not leave scuffs.

If anyone has any information on a better alternative for this trailer it would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank You

Our yellow ones dont seem to scuff to bad? I could look into getting you one. We deal with Phoenix Trailers.

Real boats should have bow stops instead .

It would definitely be worth trying, do you have a picture of it?

Would this roller simply bolt in place? or require modifications?

I assume yours is the clear orange style? These are somewhat plyable. Regardless of what it is made of it will scuff Gel and depending on how it is loaded. The red hull boat doesnt look too bad after 80 hours. It comes out of the water every time it is used.(demo boat)

Don't know if this would help you or not.

I have less than 20 hours on my boat and am very careful when loading and still manage to get scuffs with the clear orange style ones.

The mount looks very similar and i think it will direct bolt on.

can you email me a quote for one of these at schaabj@hotmail.com.

          Thank You

This problem is WAY worse if you have a wrapped boat trust me. Just got that part of the wrap replaced and probably will have to every year
