97SN Boat Value for Insurance?

Shopping for insurance and what value should I use for a 1997 Ski Nautique with a GT40 engine? Hours are 167 and condition is good.

It's been a long time (kids), and their are old enough now to learn how to ski.

Also, any recommendations for insurance? Last one I used was one affiliated with AWSA.
