I don't have first hand experience with anything but SC and factory Attwood. If it is a TE it should have wiring back in the motor box.

That green light would be cool to Zombify fish haha.

i have a pair ready to go on but not installed yet. they are blindingly bright. whatever it's made of seems like strong stuff. i just assumed it's some sort of polymer. the guys over on that website have been putting them on boats for years. boats that are moored, they have had nothing but rave reviews that i've seen. i don't think i've read of a failure. i did a ton of research on what i wanted and those fit the bill. do your own research though, there are dozens of threads about them.

I have seen tons of pictures with the underwater lights in a static, non-moving boat. Does anyone have any pics or particular experience with how the wake lights up at night? My kids love to wakeboard at night and if these lights actually light the wake a bit at ropes length (assuming a clear lake water), I am buying them. If they are a cool novelty to light the area under the swim step, I am refraining.

I don't think there are any lights that will light up the wake at boarding length about 75 feet back but they can certainly light up the surf wave 5-10 feet back if you do any night surfing. I know the Malibu Surfgate promo videos showed Grubb surfing with a lit up wave and it looked pretty cool. I am sure you can find that video on youtube if you are curious.
