    Boat Lift Questions

I am building a house on the lake and want to install a boat lift for my 03 SAN. My dock will have about 6.5 - 7 ft of water around it from March - October and about 2 ft the rest of year. What are the best option for a boat lift in this situation. I plan on keeping the boat on the lift from March - October and keeping it in my garage the rest of the year. I just am not sure which lift will be best when the water get shallow in the winter. I probably want use it during the winter but I don't want it to be damaged from the water going down. The lift will either have to be free standing or piling supported. Covered boat houses or shelters are not allowed on my lake. Anyone know of a lift that will work best for me? Any links? Any idea of costs? I am in Chapin SC. Thanks

Call Mid Ohio Watersports. They have Hewitt's which will work. Shore Station would be another option.
