I have not received the kit yet so I have not started - will keep this thread alive when I receive the kit and build up the courage to start drilling holes in my hull! Will more than likely have to seek out another 206 locally so I can put them side by side and measure 12 times before drilling into my transome.
I will get the kit later this week but I am out of town all next week seek so I am a few weeks out.
I did however just pull all the decals from the hull and have detailer coming tomorrow to compound, polish and wax her into like new condition.
I will stop him between polish and wax so I can apply all the new decals to get the best adhesion! Thanks!

So not to get to far a field but I went back in the "trunk" area And what looked like a broken screw was actually just a piece of aluminum from a whole being drilled. As for the nut and washers on the bilge nothing obvious was loose or unattached. The washer does not appear to have ever been tightened down so maybe they are "extras?"
Followed the impeller instructions . . . Easy as pie!

Maybe the washers and nut were dropped by an assembly tech and it just easier to grab a new one than look for them. The nut doesn't look like a nut from GM so it is probably not off the engine. Maybe look around for something similar. Either way, I'd save them.
