    Really good work s_kelley, 2 issues I found were that I think 97 was actually the fct year (I know my 97 had it) but don't think it started in 96, and the last one pictured is a fct5

      So old thread, but as an '04 owner the tower is completely different then the other years in the '00-'05 range. The rounded base pieces are def. aluminum, but the top seems to be steel (or has major internal bracing) because its insanely heavy compared to my buddies '05. His is waaaaaay lighter then mine and can be handled by 1 person. The '04 you need a 2nd person because when you reach the top of the arc its gets sketchy aka you will smash the top deck if it gets away from you

        Hi all,
        its an old thread but nevertheless: I just read all the posts trying to find out the tubing size of my SAN 2007 team edition FCT. Bought the boat last summer and would like to get swivel racks, thus need to know the tube size of the tower (unfortunately the boat is currently in winter storage and I have no access). Does anyone know the size? By the way: the tower is not identical to any of the towers shown on picture of previous posts:
