    What is this part??? Found it in my 2008 SN 206

    I found this part in the glove box of my newly acquired 2008 Ski Nautique 206.

    No idea what it is or what it goes to ... any advice is greatly appreciated!

          That's what I was thinking too. Kind looks like an aftermarket mirror bracket to me?

            Looks very much like part of a trick release assembly. Very common design with the curved round welded to the stainless tube. Many dif models were made with this style release.

              I think you are dead on with this - as I look at the diagram it appears that there is a pin that goes through the hollow tube so that the device can move up and down.

              Looks like I have the smallest piece of the setup and nothing else!

              Thanks for putting my mind at ease - I was concerned it was something that had fallen free and needed to be put back in place!
