put on your "i'm dropping a ton of $$ goggles" and go over the entire exterior with an eagle eye, as with the interior, and make sure they set whatever code you want. also, check your tire pressure at the dealer as well as all the trailer light functions.

Stupid things maybe, But my dealer forgot a couple things:
-tent poles for my cover
-mine is a 2012 so I don't think you have to worry about this but they forgot the locking nuts for the tower
-we had a guy here that the dealer switched props on him, make sure you get the correct prop? :/
-check for paint chips, ask for touch up paint
-check all stitches to make sure they aren't popped.
Those are the small issues I have dealt with in the last few months.First and Current - 2012 210 SANTE

Here's what I would check
1. Make sure mirror is installed
2. Get your cover
3. Owners manual
4. Tire pressure
Make the dealer go over the boat. Like the previous poster said put your high dollar goggles on and listen carefully to the dealer when they explain all the features.
One more thing....
