Nss retro fits for older nautiques

Didnt see a thread for this anywhere but has anyone heard of a retro fit of the nss for the older nautiques yet? I have a 03 210 I really would like to have it put on. A buddy of mine said he heard a place in Orlando is making something for the older boats but it's scares me to death to have something someone's think will work on my boat. So if anyone has any info on the surf system for the older boats please let me know.

It would be really cool if that could be done. Hopefully it can.

whatever you do, make sure it retracts at speed. That's the reason CC hasn't launched something for older boats. It needs the LINC II system to automatically retract the gates when you get up to speed. I'd hate to have the system rip off and take a chunk of your boat with it

there are lots and lots of ways to get around the retract at speed issue. lots. simplest is probably an rpm window switch that would pull the actuator back in at a preset rpm level. A guy on themalibucrew has made his own gps controller that retracts at a certain speed.

Im trying to get the Info on the place in Orlando and when I do I will def let everyone know. Yeah that's why I'm so skeptical cuz I would be irate if the first time out it ripped a section off of the boat.

Cool. Let us know. I'll be the first guy in line if something like that comes out.

It seems like it would be easy to do. Just combine the mechanics of the NSS system and the hydraulics of a trim-tab system then you can control it through two trim-tab switches. You just have to have the SA not to accelerate with them extended.
