    Any Help G23 Build Pricing

Planet Nautique, When building a new G23 is there anywhere that prices the options out and also adds them to msrp on the website? That way you have an idea what cost you are looking at and can use that to negotiate from on price. I know some options are expensive, but i have not seen them listed anywhere, or is there a place to find invoice pricing to better negotiate when building a boat.

Also I noticed on the options when building it looks like to add a color on the hull and also a poly flake for the main color it is an option, does anybody know if they charge you extra to put a color in these locations? Also what is the price to add that option?

Any helpful information on how to build, do it before going to dealer, or go to dealer and then negotiate a price would be appreciated.

    Thanks

you can go to seedealercost.com, but the last time I looked they didn't have any 2013 nautique info......you could look at 2012 230 options though because for 2013 the options should be similar and cost about the same even on the G23

Ask your dealer for a quote on what you think you want.. they should be able to give you a build sheet with pricing so you can add/subtract options.

I find it interesting that you can find a lot of info regarding dealer pricing, options and cost on the internet for cars compared to boats. I guess the market is obviously a lot smaller, so there is less demand for transparency.
When I was looking for comparison points for my boat, I checked prices for similar models/options at other dealers and also resale on the internet. This gave me some proxy points to understand whether I was getting a "fair" price or not.
Obviously it's tougher on a G23, being a brand new boat, especially considering sales seem to be going very well (and therefore less incentive for dealers to discount heavily).
