First time out with the new ride.

Well the weather finally allowed me to get our new (to us) 2012 210 TE on the water. So sweet!

I am new to Nautiques and of course NSS. I'd surfed the boat back in January without NSS and one side loaded. Wave was fun with room to grow. This past Saturday was more of a trial run trying to figure out all the buttons and ballast etc. I just loaded stock ballast (900 lbs) and decided to leave it at that for the first time out. The wave was of course non existant until I turned on the NSS, then boom, instant wave! I still have a lot to experiment with of course but am really pleased that the NSS allowed me to surf a pretty clean wave with just stock ballast.

Anybody else have the NSS on a 210 that you might have some input for me? I haven't ordered any extra sacs yet (I do have a few 250's laying around) but would like to know what has been working for others.

Most of us are regular footed and we'd always take one goofy friend with us and make him surf regular so we wouldn't have to switch ballast... He was very pleased with the fact that we let him surf goofy on Saturday. Just a push of the button!!!

Glad to hear it!!! I'm real on the fence about installing it. I just don't surf a lot. It's difficult to stomach $3k+ for something I don't always do. That's a lot of gas ... Like at least like ~ 100 GALLONS!!! (See what I did there? It was a joke about how expensive gas is) **** these things like to drink. I digress, glad you love it, and those colors are awesome. The z5 going up any time soon?

I have the Z5 ready to go. It's been on and off, even took the canvas off for hauling it... took a while to re-lace correctly. The new boat lift will have the extra tall canopy with a drive through end. Then I can leave the tower and Z5 up and on! Gas... I need to fill it up but may have to take out a small loan first.
