Advice on heater install - want to use factory switches - harness'

I recently purchased a 2008 Ski Nautique 206 with the EX 343 engine and I am researching the proper way to install a heater and take advantage of the factory keyless pad with heater switch etc. I am assuming that the factory heater is a "Heater Craft" - however has someone else here already done the research on what to buy and how to take advantage of the existing sockets that are zip tied up under the dash for a plug and play install?

Any and all advise is greatly appreciated!

I have searched but it appears most have installed the switch from heater craft for the three fan speeds.

Behind the touch pad under/behind the helm there should be a plug in that is labeled heater. You will have to find a corresponding plug to match that plug and just run your wires from the heater to that plug and you should be good to go. On my 2004 all the connectors are manufactured by Painless. They make a lot of connectors. Just google it and you should be able to find a matching plug for your boat.

Factory install puts the core behind the kick panel, both outlets in the kick panel and if equipped the defroster in front of the dash pod. The factory switch works like a 4 position, from off - 1 click low (fan speed)- another click med - another click high - another click - off
