Dang, I hate we couldn't find ya'll. It took me like 15min. to get on the PN website to check it so by the time i could see your message we had rolled to the house, maybe next time. Hope ya'll had a great time on the water. We had a awesome time. We will def. bring a boat and stay the whole weekend next time, the flotilla looked like one heck of a good time.. I'll post up some of the pics we got, but not now time to head back to the lake...

I see now that I'm a 1000 post member, so I would like to post something to express my gratitude to have found this group of people to share our passion for the water, friends, and good times with family. I first found this site in December of 2004 while researching the purchase of our first boat. In this forum I found knowledge, experience and a common bond of appreciation and passion for Correct Craft and Nautique boats. I've made some friends here, and have been able to learn, and have experienced and had great times on our Nautique(s). Thank you all for sharing your knowledge, experience and passion for the sport we love, and the best boats on the water on which we share our sport...

I would like to thank Jeff for bringing the PN G23 to the tournament and offering to share it with us. Jeff drove 6 hours, each way(!), to bring the boat, and then took a couple PN members out until dark, and was then headed home @ 9pm to finish his journey! I showed up with an entourage, and Jeff graciously welcomed us onto his beautiful G. Russ (Wakeboarder3780) entertained us with his great riding, and I scared myself silly on that huge G wake, but had a blast! A great day, pro wakeboarders, and then the opportunity to spend time in the best wakeboard boat in the business with friends.

It was indeed a great evening! I had so much fun on this trip. Lots of driving, but well worth it. So glad I got to hang out with you guys on the boat, and meet a few other PN members too! I got home last night around 3:00 AM, got up this morning and put the boat away just before the rain started here. Perfect timing! Thanks for a great trip!

Glad to hear you made it safe , great to see you . Sorry we had to run and couldn't hang or ride . As you know we held an auction to raise money for pancreatic cancer . Glad to tell you we raised $1700.00 with signed Nascar parts & signed wakeboards . Andrew Adkison,Phil Soven & Harley were caught up in a bidding war for a signed #9 Kasey Kahne hood. In the end our local Mastercraft dealer wanted it more then three of the best guys on a wakeboard ! It went for $450.00 & even tho Phil Soven didn't win with his bid , he pulled $250.00 out of his pocket and just donated it ! Finished second & still came to another one of our of our pre & post contest events .

I couldn't agree with jack more. I had a great night with some even greater folks! I'm so glad you posted the picture from last night. I had even texted Jeff this morning hoping he had your contact info so I could get it for memories.


I can't express my gratitude enough to Jeff for making a 12 hour round trip in one day just to give others a chance to ride (he didnt get home until 3am either). Being able to meet other great folks through Jeff and this forum is also amazing and the experience made the day simply amazing!


The wake behind the G was in a word - awesome. I found I had to ride back an additional 5' to hit more of the sweet spot and to not overshoot the transition (i ride 70' behind my wakesetter 23 LSV and 75' behind the G felt right).


That being said the height I was getting behind the G on my jumps surpassed that of my sacked out LSV. I can only dream about what the G wake would be sacked out but I can say I know for me I would be totally fine with the stock wake for a good 4 month adjustment period, after that the curiosity would get the best of me and I'd want to "unleash the beast" and see the full potential of the boat. And the surf wake? Pff it was so big and steep forget about it. And for how steep it was you could ride it back a decent amount. I'd assume if you wanted a longer pocket Jeff could have modded the settings or sped up a touch and it would get longer and a bit less steep.


Can't say enough about how much fun this was. If anyone has a chance to connect with Jeff and ride behind the G and connect with some forum members - go for it!
