New boat cover needed - who is still in business?

So my recent purchase of the 1998 Ski Nautique came with a very ill fitting "universal" aka "fits nothing" boat cover. After looking at the poor boat underneath this dishrag of a cover I can't stand it any longer. For my 211 I have two excellent fitting sunbrella covers, a Rankin cover, and a locally sewn cover that completely covers the sides. Understandably these covers each sold for about $1000 when new so I am struggling with the amount I want to spend on a 15 year old boat.

In a perfect world I would find a used Rankin in good shape that might need some minor sewing and a good cleaning, but that sounds pretty silly. I am not a big fan of the factory covers that these boats came with originally. Carver industries has a "custom cover" that is supposedly designed for the boat for about $400 bucks. This might be the call but I am curious to see what others are doing when they need to replace covers on these older TSC I 196's. I am hoping to keep the price under $500 which seems reasonable for a 19.5" boat cover with no holes and a single draw string.

    What do you guys recommend?

i wasn't sure if i was going to keep my boat much longer so i got one of the "custom" covers from nautique parts shipped less than 400 with my pn discount. honestly, i don't tow with my cover, but i wish i would have spent the 800-900 on a coversports cover. you have to use 3 poles to keep the one i have from pooling. it is much more waterproof and breathable than the OEM covers, but is basically the same design.

I could supply an Angola custom fit in Sunbrella or Canvas.

Picked up a Carver Brand off EBay several years ago and was pleasantly surprised with the quality and fit, Sunbrella material and loops all around for cinching when towing, covers platform also.

Just got a quote for my 89 ski for $680 plus 35 shipping from Brent at cover sports.Well worth it in my opinion as nothing agitates me more than a poorly fitting cover (except a milkshake that is too thick to get through the straw. Very annoying as well).

What about the link from nautique skins - exact fit covers from Westland ? They're only about $300-$350 for a 210.
I was going to order one of these; I hope it's not a mistake.

I had a Westland Sharkskin cover for my 211, I swear it was treated with mold promoter... They could be OK in very dry climates but any dampness inside the boat will cause mold.
