So, on Wednesday I worked on my boat all day. Had to adjust knock sensor torque, change my oil, replace my impellar, and find why one of my ballasts leaked. Everything went well but my local dealer wanted $80 for a $40 impellar. Also, the reason for the leak in the ballast was a busted pump(apparently someone needs to get a little better at winterizing). I jumped on nautiqueparts.com to get what I needed. Next day air was $30 and I was a little bummed on that, but I needed the parts by the weekend, so I placed the order. It was guaranteed by yesterday at 4:30. I got home last night and no parts. Called nautiqueparts.com and they sent an URGENT trouble ticket. This morning I received an email stating that they were sorry and would refund the $30 for shipping as well as an additional $30 for the trouble. After hours on the phone this morning with both nautiqueparts and fedex, I finally tracked down my parts at the fedex facility and I am heading there to pick them up. Just as a courtesy, I called to let nautiqeparts know that I found the parts and I was going to pick them up. At which point he let me know that they would be refunding my entire purchase for all the trouble. I AM STOKED ON THEM!!! and.... Im going to pick up my free pump and inpellar.

Happy you found out first hand. However most of us already know this. The only time I buy parts elsewhere is if I'm standing there buying it. Plus they support this site, so jeff-ie gets a little money to feed the hamsters running the servers.

+1 for nautique parts. Called them back in the fall asking for help with my mirror not staying in place. He told me he knew what was happening and sent me the part free of charge! Awesome team and business ethic. Just purchased a bow filler cushion from them2011 230 Super Air Nautique

I just heard of nautiqueparts when I joined this site. Since then, I've bought a boat tarp ( they had custom made for me) carpet kit, and a few other things, dropped a fair chunk of change with them, and they've treated me first class. Prices are better, even with the shipping, then buyinging ( sort of) locally. I don't have a dealer very close to me. So, thumbs up from me as well.
