Leaving tonight for Orlando, with a tour scheduled on monday. Does anyone have any questions they would like me to ask? I am planning on asking about the leaking prop shaft issues which seem to be present in some boats, also the stalling on the 450 models (which I think a flash has been developed by PCM). Anything else? Not sure if there are other problems which have arisen that people would like to get answers directly from the production line. Let me know

If I thought that there was an "Obama-cares" plan that would provide for me, I wouldn't have been working 16-17 hour shifts these last 18 months to pay for it. It is going to be a depressing check to write though, I will probably cry a bit inside (a bit of joy, and a bit of "holy crap that is the largest # I have ever written on a check). Its ok, the corporation that the boat is written off under (a real business actually) will be long since dissolved if not profitable by the next election, unless I can get the golden bailout.Being a republican is going to give me early onset ulcers and be the eventual death of me.

Only 1 stall thus far on our 450 G. It was at idle speed throttling up to plane. I had just figured it was b/c I blipped the throttle too fast.
Dealer is claiming "packing" material needs to seat and machine itself for our leak to stop. I am not entirely buying this. I am also not keen on driving it back 200 miles to be checked...at this point.
Dealer also mentioned the possibility of the ballast tanks 'self filling' while boat is afloat for longer periods of time. I have not experienced this, but it has me wondering.
I knew there would be 1st year Gremlins. I just want to get them figured out and addressed.
Went through several incarnations of these with snowmobiles (customer is the R&D department). I am not there yet. Taking water onboard does concern me a bit. We have a mooring anchor at our dock and a hoist. The boat will not be left on the mooring anchor for the day or overnight until the water issue is resolved.2013 SAN G23 450

To set up the tour my dealer set me up with the rep, who then made the arrangements.
I pretty much am sure that they will not confirm a G21 at this point, but the rumor is for the 2014 model year.
The packing material seating itself and auto fill ballast questions will certainly be on my list of questionsEric, Phoenix AZ
