Forgot to say I am going 11.3-11.5mph and NSS set at 0 or 1 with that setup.

I only add the sac on the seat when I don't have any other people in the boat. We surf a lot with just two of us. Total weight I'm using is about 900 stock, 1400 in additional (which I'll be adding the piggy back to the bow and possibly to the rears).

I promise to get pics in the future. We had a 400lb bag sitting up in the bow, which is a must. I have an integrated bow system on delivery. I have 1100s in the back with the hard tanks removed.
        PORT:
        - Rear port side near full. I ran my pumps 2 cycles. Bags looked close but maybe just slightly short of full. I was too lazy to run them until the overflow went.
        - Rear starboard I initially ran 2 cycles full and then would drain until the LINC system said it was half full.
        - Belly tank full
        - 400lb bag on bow seats

        Starboard:
        - Rear 1100s initially both filled 2 cycles. Then I dumped them until the LINC system ran down to a 650lb calculated ballast amount. I would set it up for port riding and then just drain the port side until the weight reading was 650lbs.
        - Belly tank full
        - 400lb bag on bow seats.

What I couldn't do was get it to make equivalent waves without adjusting the port side weighting. I need more time to adjust and believe it will be easier when I have the integrated bow bag installed and maybe less kids on the boat.

        So much fun.

FAE going to be installed on Wednesday.
Have you tested to see how much of adifference nss makes? For example, have you filled your port set up but left the starboard tanks empty and compared that to what wave looks like with nss?

tmb - no I haven't...basically because I do have NSS so I don't see a reason to do so plus I have only been out twice. It would take a lot longer to do the complete fill and dump whereas to do a small fill and empty on the port side takes no time. I am sure I can get it setup to be able to switch side to side and have equivalent waves but will need more time. I was hindered by the need to stop and float for snack time. LOL

I'm debating about nss for my 2012 210 and was just looking for feedback on how much it improves the wake.

I am sure you can get just as good a wake or better without NSS but the issue is the annoyance of weighting, moving people around and leaning the boat so much. I think NYRYAN has done testing on his G23 with the NSS off.

I can say from first hand experience that NSS makes a huge difference on a 210. You can fill both rear tanks plus plug and play and kick the NSS to one side and the swell is major!

                  In my honest opinion...

I've surfed my boat before NSS and it was pretty good. After NSS and it is great! I like the shape of the wave better, it's not that it's bigger or longer ( it may be cleaner ). I've tried weighting the same with and without NSS and it's better with. Like I said... "in my honest opinion", but the guys who surf with me would all agree on the difference.

I run wakesurfing programs and camps so having the ability to switch quickly is the BIG item. If you mainly surf port or starboard, then the NSS isn't such an issue.

There you go, better opinions above. I am glad to hear the NSS has helped that much. I can't wait to get it dialed in. I am very close. The wave was pretty impressive.

Anyone else having trouble finding the weighting that will give a clean wave on either side with a flip of the NSS? I can get some great waves by adjusting port/stbd rear weighting but can't find that sweet spot.

The only time I struggle with a consistent wave on both sides is when I have too much weight on the port side... but then again it makes a very big and clean regular wave! I've been adjusting the hydro gate when switching to starboard and it is a big help.

I'll have to keep working on it. I have found a full tank of gas really screws with my weighting. I seem to have the easiest time with 1/2-2/3 tank of gas
