White Lake Marine the best customer service I have ever had.

I had been after my own Nautique for a long time. Last year in August I was finally able to make it happen. I purchased the boat on consignment through White Lake with the help of Dianne and David. I brought the boat home and the first weekend out had some major engine problems. I called first thing on Monday to let them know what had happened and Tommy their mechanic was at my door the next morning to try and figure it out. I live about 6 hours from White Lake Marine. STRONG!!! Tommy found the problem but it could not be fixed on site so he trailered it back with him. The motor had to come out. That was a terrible feeling as I had only had it in the water for 4 hours. Buying the boat on consignment White Lake was not responsible and David and Dianne tried and tried to get me some help from the seller but that guy was an *** and offered no help leaving me with the whole thing. I received a call from David who made me an UN-heard of deal to fix my boat even though it was not their responsibility. They showed so much class and support through this with top notch customer service. Anyone looking to buy a new or used boat they are your people. Hope I didn’t rant on but I wanted you guys to know. Thanks David, Dianne and Tommy !!!

Great to hear! I have always been blown away by their parts service and quick and accurate responses to technical question through natiqueparts.com so it doesn't surprise me that they are just as on point when selling boats as well. Sounds like they really stepped up for you on your boat.

That's awesome! I wish we just had a Nautique dealer nearby (especially one as good as them). To get my boat serviced we have to go to a Centurion dealer and while they do a great job, they act like they couldn't care less about us.

That echos my sentiment exactly. David has been super helpful in making sure I get the right parts, and they are fast and courteous to boot. I haven't had any dealings with my "local" dealer 200 miles away as they don't have the same setup as White Lake with Nautiqueparts.com and the easy access to expert information. They also aren't well equipped to just send my the stuff I need. I will try them out for warranty repair at the end of the season but White Lake is my go to for parts.

I can tell you from personal expierence that they are always great to deal with and Townsend is a great and knowledgable guy also. They love to make customers for life and always put forth the effort to do so!
