What a great dealership. I have been waiting for my NSS to come in. Phil calls and tells me they will meet me half way to get the boat. So I meet them Monday morning for the NSS and a few other issues I have been having. They called last night saying it ready to be delivered. Once again the meet me half way with my totally fixed boat!! Now I cant wait to try out the NSS!! Will never buy from any other dealer!

I was in there last Friday and the quality of their delaership was evident by only having two boats in their showroom. I have never seen that place empty like it was. He told me they had a G assembled, on the floor and sold in less than an hour. I guess the fortune of being in the Dallas market along with great service.

On boat number two and thinking about 3 from them! Wouldn't consider going anywhere else. In fact if have tried other dealers and was left disappointed! Phil and his crew are great! I mean that from front to back.

I contacted White Lake, which has excellent reputation, and is in the adjacent area, but they are asking $275 to cover their travel expenses. Shouldn't be that difficult (and costly) to get at least decent service...

+1 for Buxton and specifically Phil and Michelle. I don't even want to publicly disclose some of the things they've done for me and I'm only on boat #1. I understand being the dealer in the Dallas market pretty much makes you #1 by volume unless you're a total screw-up, but despite that they go very much out of their way to work with you. I'm very pleased and lucky to have Buxton as my local dealer.

Let's be serious - these are VERY expensive boats. I feel that Nautique customers should receive the same kind of dealer service as a Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Porsche type customer. In no circumstance should my boat be at the dealership for 2 weeks WAITING for them to install NSS. And in no circumstance should I drive 1 hour each way to pick up the boat (after I was told it would be ready) only to find out the install is NOT done - that was 1 week ago! After that happenned, they should, at a minimum, finish the install the very next day - not a whole week later AND IT'S STILL NOT DONE.

In their defense, they had a problem with the update of the linc and Nautique had to send them a new screen - but in my opinion, that's a 2 or 3 day delay - not 2 weeks; and there's still no excuse for telling me that they were finishing everything up and I could come get the boat when obviously it wasn't ready.Current: 2017 G23

I think I know your dealer. Tried talking to them twice and got a bad vibe and a I don't care attitude
By the way whoever that was getting the nss installed I think that was mine. I called Phil at Buxton and changed my mind because we decided to get another boat from him. Enjoy!Current Correct Craft Boat

The only reason I am a Nautique owner is because of Buxton.... Malibu certainly makes a decent boat but has SERIOUS problems with their dealer network and quality control in their build process.
Dont get me wrong, Nautiques are great boats...but so are MCs, Malibus, Centurions, Tiges etc etc.
Its ALL about the dealer, less so about the specific boat or features. the dealer was 80% of the decision for me.2019 G23 450

Buxton is amazing - even though I live in NC, I often call them with questions I have about my Nautique. You TX peeps are lucky.....would give anything for them to be my dealer.
