A local dealer I use to work at home sells cars and boats (fishing and i/o) just traded for a 2000 super air 210. What I know about the boat is the previous owner had it for the last 6 or 7 years and hasn'treally touched it the last 2. II'm overseas and won't be able to personally look at but it I have a buddy who works there but he doesn't know too much about these boats. The interior probably needs replacing, faded and seams are seperating. There's a small gash in the prop and maybe 2 6 inch cuts in the clear coat. They changed the oil and trans fluid and hooked it up to the hose and ran it and it idles fine. The rear power hatch was working when my buddy was looking at it but a dumbass mechanic there I guess didn't know how to open it and ended up prying it open and disassembled the actuators to open it. Hours I'm still waiting on but my buddy said they're low. My question is what's it worth. I plan on fixing the gel coat, new Interior, and prop. It also only has a single axle trailer. Any help will be greatly appreciated and tips on other stuff to look at for that year model. And any ideas on cost to get a new Interior? Thanks yall

To replace that interior with factory quality stuff could cost a couple thousand. Plus whatever it takes to fix that hatch. Unless the gauges have been replaced already they are usually bad. The GT40 motor, while one of the best wakeboarding engines ever, does not record the hours on the computer and since the gauges are bad....
Also, have someone check the keypad buttons. Who knows, maybe the lift button is dead.
If the prop has been hit, the driveline could have problems - strut, shaft. Have your guy spin the prop to see if it goes around, have him yank up and down on the prop to see how much play you have in the cutless (strut) bearing/bushing.
That boat in really nice shape should go for no more than 20K, especially on an old one axle trailer. If you can get it for less, it could be a great deal.Rob

Pretty sure I bought that boat.... Thunder road? There were some issues with it. They never water tested it so they let me do that. A breaker went out so we were dead on the water. The speakers didn't work, ballast wouldn't fill, the prop, gauges were shot... Interior is a 6/10 and the trailer had a bad tire that blew while I was pulling the boat out of the water. It's back at thunder road and they are fixing everything. Good service there, just wish they would have done all this prior to us taking delivery.
