I get it on mine as well. 2012 SANTE 210 but with avg size rider as well. I assumed it was normal. Anxious to see if others say it isn't.

Not sure about the 2012 models, but my 2011 was making some noises and over time, the safety bolts became harder to line up. Dealer fixed it under warranty and now it's quiet and the holes line up perfect.

Mine is doing the same. One day it was real bad in the chop, I let it down then put it back up ... That seemed to help in the short run. It's back to creeking a bit now 2012 210

What are the safety bolts? I have an 06 SANTE - are you talking about the studs that secure the tower when you fold it up into position?

hah, right now I would be ok with just a little creaking! My port rear bolt broke in half last weekend. PITA to get the left over piece out and then, of course, Fastenal had to special order a replacement bolt.

If your 2012 FCT5 tower is creaking I recommend taking it to your dealership to be properly diagnosed and repaired. I wish I could diagnose it over this forum but that is just not possible. As an owner you could verify all hardware is properly tightened but remember if you turn a bolt with loc tite you have just broken the loc tite seal and would need to re-apply new loc tite. Please feel free to call us for technical questions or e-mail me directly at tracy@roswellwakeair.com.

Tracy was correct. My Dealer said my creaking was due to loose hardware and was corrected.
