OK yes at 210 I could lose a few pounds but I seems that I have to put more ballast weight, 400 to 500lbs or so, on the port side of my G23 to keep the wake from washing out. Anybody having the same issue?

I do know of one G23 on my lake that actually had a twist in the starboard ballast bag, not allowing it to fill all the way. I pulled the access covers on mine, and they are nice and flat. Yep, my starboard side is heavier, not sure why. I'm 200lbs on the driver's side. There is nothing gear wise I am doing to cause this... and actually, just the opposite, I have more of the heavier gear such as box anchor and other crap on the port side in that big observer's compartment. 2 SRM29s are dead center so they are neutral. All the gear I have on starboard is vests only.... in the front and behind the driver.
Its not a bag kink issue for me as Jeff suggests.... as its the same whether sac'd out or empty.
Good thing for me I surf goofy 80% of the time so it helps me...but yes, my boat tends to lean to starboard the majority of the time unless I counter balance with folks or ballast on port.2019 G23 450

Yes I have noticed that the deep hull is fairly weight sensitive when running at wakeboard speeds. I just move a person over a bit and it cleans up very nicely. Love the boat and even as heavy as it is it is a bit more weight sensitive than my LSV 247 I just left. No biggie though just have to make sure things are balanced out and run a bit faster.

I feel on my boat I have to have 200-300 more pounds on the port side. On other boats I have had this has been the same and I thought it was because the torque that the prop puts on the boat it turns the boat slightly. Isn't that why old school Nautiques spun the opposite way so you could go through a slalom course with no spotter and the wake would be even. If you spin that way though it reverses opposite and makes it harder to dock a boat.

^^ you are exactly right. The Gs favor starboard side 200-400lbs, I think due to the friction and prop torque.
But I always dock on starboard side....right turns are very tight in the G. left turns are kinda bad.2019 G23 450

I notice this on all factory setting (ballast and speed) for wake boarding with two of us in the boat, driver and rider. When there is a crowd we shift bodies but are always shifting more to the starboard side.
I will check the bags just to be sure and shift some heaver gear (extra prop and anchor) to the starboard too. Some of it has to be the prop torque, but it is interesting that a couple of you don't have the problem. To correct it I have just added new user setting that have more ballast on the starboard and less on the port. But was curious if it was something about my boat or all of them.
