Thanks guys, great dialogue. For added context the boat would be 95% surf with 12-14 people on a regular basis. If I summarize the above comments, the G25 would be ideal. While the boat has a capacity of 19, I'm assuming that would be 12-14 comfortably. With that many people, they'd provide enough additional weight to sink the G25 to G23 levels and make the wake as good, if not better (perhaps longer?) than a G23.

I would agree. Buxton told me the G25 wakeboard wake AND surf wake were both inferior. I was surprised to hear that about the surf wake. Just repeating what I heard, I've never been on one in the water.
Based on Buxton sales as of a month ago, 79% are buying G23s.
Using Nautiques_NZ's #'s of ~600 and ~180, worldwide its ~77% buying G23s, so sounds like Buxton is right in the normal.
On my lake there's 3 of us with G23s and 1 G25, so 75%. Pretty small sample to call it useable, but lines up nicely with the other averages. 75% are also green, lol.2015 G23
