deciding between 2013 230 vs 2013 210 vs 2014 210

I have an option to buy a loaded new 2013 230 for $97,000. They have offered me a decent trade in rate on my MC X1. I don't know if I can even afford this, but is that a decent price? Is the 230 surf wave better than the 210?? I ', only assuming that I can't afford a 2014 230, so the 2014 210 would be my only 2014 option I think. Are there any other advantages of the 2013 230 vs 210. The brand change from MC has been confusing, but I appreciate all of your help here.

The 230 will throw a bigger wave the any 210. 97k for a 2013 is pretty high though.

I dunno about that...I have a couple buddies that have a 2010 230 and they say my 2008 210 has the same wake. These guys would not even show up if it wasn't as good.

That $97K is probably stated in Canadian dollars.

The 210 and the 230 have different wakes. The 230 wake is significantly wider.

230 surf wake is better/bigger, but the 210 has a good surf wake. '14's don't have the reverse facing bench seat that the previous version have.
Does your price quote include the NSS installed?
I have an '08 230 and love the surf and wakeboard wake more than the '08 210 I used to ride quite a bit. That owner upgraded to a 230...
IMHO, the pre '14 graphics package looks better to me, but, I do like the clean look of the '14's, and CC have really cleaned up and detailed alot of the interior in the new versions...

yes its in cdn dollars, but our $ is pretty close to par right now. im mostly concerned with the surf wave. im kinda leaning for the 14 210, but nobody can tell me what the price is going to be. this 2013 230 has everything including nss. not sure if i should go that way or not. if i knew thesurf was that much better than the 210 i might pull the trigger, but im reading conflicting stuff.

230 if it was me. I had a 09' 230 and loved it. I'm 6,1 - 235# and I could surf all day with no rope on a ronix. 230 imo, has a good amount more room which is priceless.

Our 2012 210 with NSS throws a great surf wave but I hope to upgrade to a 230 soon... wave is even better!

okay, after speaking to my dealer its now down to a 2013 230 or a 2014 210. the 2014 210 is going to be about 10k cheaper. Am I loosing a lot in the surf wave by doing this? At this point its really my only concern because I don't mind the smaller size of the 210.

I can't comment on the 230 wave but I love my 2013 210 wave. It takes a little more weight to clean up the port side wave though. I have heard great things about the 230 wave though. I really like the reversible seating on the 2013s but like the ballast options on the 2014. Life's tough decisions.... :lol:

From what I have heard the 210 has a good, tall wakesurf wave. The 230, however, has the same height wave but it is much longer (I can say from experience that the 230 wave is unbelievably long). So you probably wouldn't be able to tell a difference in size of the wave but you will have more rideable pocket on the 230.

Just as reference, my son could ride way back there all day long.
