Living in the UK can be a PITA when it comes to getting new parts.
With my recent manifold issue and my dealer not having one and not able to find one anywhere in the UK, I placed my order with Nautique Parts. Obviously taking advantage of the Planet Nautique discount.
I would just like to say that my experience of doing it this way has been brilliant. Carl from Nautique Parts was a fantastic help, always returning emails quickly and answering my questions.
Shipping was fantastic also. A fair bit of cash to ship a manifold overseas but expected due to weight so no problem. What I found good about shipping was that it was sent on a Monday afternoon UK time and was delivered to me on the following Thursday. Brilliant, you can wait double that sometimes for parts in this country.
I'm still waiting for my import tax to be charged to me but I'm sure it will be fine.
So all in all my first experience of using Nautique Parts has been great and I will definitely be using and recommending them again!
