Nautique Super Air 230 vs G23, which is the better surf boat?

As the title states, I'm looking at the 230 vs the g23 from a surfing perspective and was wondering which is the better surf boat? Pros/cons to each, experiences, etc are all welcomed.

I think it depends on if you are willing to fill sacs or not. Stock to Stock I like the G23 over my 230. If you are willing to spend the time filling a lot of sacs and loose most of you storage room I think the 230 is a little better. All that being said my 230 was a 08 with out the NSS and I have the NSS on the g23. Go demo both and see what you like better. Gool luck with you decision..
    2016 G23 H6
    2014 G23 550
    2013 G23 450 (Great boat)
    2008 230 Team-ZR6- ACME 1235 ( back in a Nautique again)
2005 Malibu LSV 23 wakesetter (Real Dumb Mistake)
2000 SAN ( Loved that boat)
1998 Air Nautique ( our first boat)

I've demoed both. The 230 was a bit less steep and more gradual transition from the flats. The G23 was taller and a bit steeper. Both had NSS and both waves were great it just depends on how you like your wave.

I like a more gradual transition myself so maybe the 230 should be top of my list. Any idea what one should be looking to pick up a remaining 2013 230 for?

Ive owned both as well. 230 loves to weight. Had 750s n the rear, belly bag plus a 600 lb fat sack on the seat and another 400 lbs sack on the floor. Fantastic wave. G23 fill up tanks and deploy nss. Great wave wo the hassle. Most people have preferred wave on G23. I like it bc I don't spill lake water all over my boat

Would a 230 with nss require a tad less weight?

Has anyone surfed a 2014 230? A dealer told me today that the 2014 230 will surf better then the G23.
