'01 SAN -- added 750's -- what to do w/ the old ballast gauge dials?

Just got done switching to 750's in the back of my '01 SAN -- and the wake is great for boarding/surfing....so now i need to decide...

What do I do w/ the old dials...

I know an obvious option is to leave them how they are...but seems like some good real estate for something else.

My boat currently don't have a lake water temp gauge or depth so was thinking something like that. A clock would also be nice...

What have people done -- anybody swap out the gauges for something useful after switching to bag ballast?

    Pictures/products/etc would be great!

    Thanks,
    Ben

I switched one out with a depth sounder. I would prefer that it be on the dash though, as it has important information, and having to look down to the throttle pad is not ideal. Never bothered changing another. I don't really care about the lake temp (if I'm on the boat, I'm getting in the water regardless). A clock might be useful. There is always a phone or two on the boat, but they are usually squirreled away in the glove box.
