90 Ski Nautique should I add tower???????

O.K. --- 90 Ski Nautique 460hrs. (Yellow and Black) We wakeboard more then ski... This summer used the fly high pole, but the average person wakeboarding is around 180lbs. so the boat was pulled every where. Hate to drill hole in the boat for one real reason, the 1990(yellow and black) is a boat you donot see much of and looks great in the water for years to come!!!!!!!! What should I Do ...........

If that is the boat you plan to keep, do it. If not, sell it and get or put a tower on the newer one. You own it so you may as well live it up. All towers fold down too so it should fit in the garage unless you have a really low overhead.

Check my profile. I have a '90 w/ a tower, and mine is also yellow/black. I went w/ a Monster Tower...I've been very happy w/ it and the value for the $$ is very hard to beat! My problem was that I didn't have enough floor space w/ the skylon and I really wanted to get the boards up and out of the boat on a tower. Let me know if you have any questions. I also agree w/ skinautique, if you're planning on selling it anytime soon i'd wait on the tower...since you usually do not get the $$ back on accessories, but if you're happy w/ it for a while...then I'd go for it.

I am with skinautique. If you plan to keep the boat, you should invest in a tower. You will enjoy the tower over the pylon. I have had a pylon and a tower and I will never have a pylon again. The stability is the #1 feature. The other great benefit is for storage for boards. Can't beat that! Also, it's nice to be able to add some speakers if you wish.

        Good luck.
