    Winterizing

I'm winterizing my 1998 SN myself for the first time. Does anyone have a tried and true method beyond what the manual says.

Safest method is to follow manual for draining, and then either pour in or suck in the pink rv antifreeze.

Thanks scottb7. The rv antifreeze is a good idea as well, just in case all the water doesn't drain for some reason. Now the work begins.

That's exactly right. Doing by hand draining first rather then just sucking in the rv antifreeze allows for good quality time with your loved one (up close and personal) to ensure no crud is clogging up anywhere to keep the plain h20 in.
