Benefits of purchasing a brand new boat every year?

We are trading our 13 in is because we WANT the 550. Do we need it? NO. My wife is the main bread winner in our house, she works crazy hours and loves nautiques. She worked her way through med school and has no student loan bills. So while most partied their way through school and now have student loans to pay off we get to buy new nautiques!! Lol

you're trading up for a reason, but do you trade EVERY year? I feel the OP is not referring to those that trade to get a better boat but more those that get a new boat that is essentially identical to their previous one except maybe color and do it year after year.

Did the 2014 have a price increase compared to 2013?

From the conversations I've had and the numbers I've seen, it appears that they jumped about another 4% for 2014.
