I normally have a boat full of people so I only run with a little extra and I do have 180lbs of lead I keep in the front I only fill bags if it 3-5 ppl in the boat it does fill and empty perfectly the way I set it up I run the timers then press again and time it myself how long extra then repeat the process on the empty..
