Looks great... I think your board is too small... Reccomend you consider the Triple X Slayer 5.0....

Super new to surfing. Probably riding less than a dozen times. Bought that board on a friends recommendation and it definitely feels small.

Have lots of young ones around and want to stay with composite. But need advice on what to buy.

I come to this from skateboarding/wakeskating background. Want to get to the point if little ollies/airs and shuvits.

              I'm 6'4 and weigh 255.

Any help appreciated. Length, width, brand, fins/skegs, Id appreciate it all.

Scott, yep, I have some big guys 230-260 in my crew and they love the Triple X Slayer 5.0. I could tell the board is too small because its burried plowing thru the water in most of the video, you'll get a lot better speed out of a board like the Slayer that'll float you better.

The Inland Surfer Ooze is probrably the best all around board for folks up to 180ish. My youngest is 70 and he rides it, and I am 200 and I ride it and love it.

                This guy is 250ish?

                  First Happy birthday!!!
Second I've said it before!!! Most underrated wave in the fleet is the 226! Keep piling the weight in her!! Becareful taken water in the front vents. Thought I cooked a couple amps one day with a little drink on the port side.
For only surfing a few times your doing GREAT!!!
